Russian forces has escalated assaults on power infrastructure over the last fortnight, while officials has demanded "concrete actions" from partner nations to apply pressure on Moscow.
"The necessity is not superficial actions but decisive action - from the America, European nations and the Group of Seven - in providing air defence systems and applying restrictions," was stated in a public message.
Officials stated that numerous aerial vehicles and over thirty projectiles struck Ukraine's energy infrastructure, characterizing such assaults as "premeditated" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.
Government representatives said Russia was "conducting extensive attacks" and maintenance teams were striving to repair systems.
